Independent Assurance

Independent assurance plays a critical role in complex systems, where internal pressures, assumptions, and familiarity can obscure risk. We offer clear, impartial challenge to help organisations understand whether safety arguments are robust, evidence is adequate, and decisions are defensible.

Our assurance experience includes review of safety activities and evidence arising from structured hazard and risk analyses (e.g. HARA, HAZOP, and DFMEA), and associated safety and reliability assumptions, across rail, machinery and industrial equipment, mining, automotive, and aerospace systems.
